    KING ABDUL AZIZ CENTER FOR NATIONAL DIALOGUE
    Project Type: Multi-Purpose Development

    Work includes construction of three seven story towers, each attached together to form a U shape office block, in addition to a three story underground basement covering the whole site. Total built up area is about 67,000 m2.

    Includes an outsized conference hall.Three level underground parking guarage with a 480 car capacity.

    AL-MUHAIDIB GROUP HEADQUARTERS
    Project Type: Corporate Office Building

    This project required the construction of a uniquely designed corporate headquarters building located in Riyadh. Half the site area is dedicated to the steel structure building and the remaining to landscaping and other facilities including an A/C chiller plant.

    The building façade was constructed using German Kalzip metal sheets. Esthetic novelty aside, this unique design offered an easily constructible durable system that is both robust and light weight.

    Corporate Office Building for Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation. Work includes construction of two distinguished twin office buildings in downtown Riyadh.

    The unique façade for these buildings was constructed from glass fiber reinforced cement panels.
