    This project involved the development of approximately 175,000 sq m strip of land for the Public Pension Agency into prime roadside commercial retail outlets.

    The project consisted of 125 high-end retail outlets of double-volume ceilings and glass.

    All outlet elevations were covered in Saudi granite and aluminum curtain walls. Structure skeleton was constructed using precast concrete slabs.
